Vinyl siding, is a virtully maintenance free home covering, however, I very seldom see vinyl siding that looks as good as it did at the time of installation. It is necessary to clean it periodically. I would not suggest the use of a "pressure washer". Because what you will find is that you are forcing water into unsealed openings, of the corners and J channels. The result of doing this is, possible water damage. Vinyl siding was designed to repel water, not to absorb it. when water finds an opening, it spreads out and could enter your home. If it stays behind your siding, it will rot wood. The worst thing is, that you cannot see the damage till it is to late. This results in costly repairs, possibly the reason you would call us.
