Decks are one of our favorite things to build. Decks also add value to your home, they are a good bonus for your "quality of life" or the resale of your home. I try to estimate the pricing of decks, by square foot, but there are many things that affect pricing ie. ( height, how hard the ground is for digging footers, how fancy you would like it ). I can make suggestions, but ultimately you have to like it.
